Before entering education, Fady spent over 15 years working as a Senior Petrophysicist and Geoscientist in the international oil and gas industry. This experience developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills that he now applies to special education. He uses a data-driven approach when developing IEPs, reviewing student assessments, and tracking academic and behavioral progress.

Fady earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Cairo University in 2004. During his studies, he graduated fourth in his class and received the Schlumberger Award for academic excellence. In 2020, he completed a Teacher Alternative Certification Program, earning certifications in Core Subjects (EC-6), Special Education (EC-12), and ESL Supplemental instruction. He also completed Reading Academy coursework to qualify as a reading specialist. In December 2023, he earned a Master of Education in School Administration with Principal Certification from Prairie View A&M University, strengthening his leadership preparation and instructional knowledge.
